Returns & Refunds
Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@daphnes.com.au. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for sending your parcel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of posting returned items back.
Damages & Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain pieces, some items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Gift cards
All vintage and antique pieces are sold as found and may display gentle signs of age and use. These characteristics are part of their history and charm.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
