Bistrot Cheese Knife - Light Khaki

The Sabre Paris Bistro Cheese Knife is part of the Bistrot collection, inspired by the cafes and bistros of Paris. In designing this cutlery, Sabre Paris wanted to be faithful while being modern: simple lines, visible rivets, colour where you'd expect plain steel.

Two teeth at the end of the blade for serving, and an unusual, elegant shape built to cut cleanly through a wide variety of cheeses.

Sabre Paris was born in a Parisian apartment in 1993, when Pascale and Francis Gelb sat down to reinvent the cutlery drawer. Francis, trained by a family of goldsmiths, brought craft. Pascale brought colour. Together they built a house around the belief that beautiful objects belong on the table every day, not just for guests.
