Bistrot Tomato Knife - Vintage Faux Tortoise

A vintage take on tortoiseshell, richer and more textured than the gloss finish. The Sabre Paris tomato knife has a serrated edge fine enough to slice through skin without crushing the flesh beneath.

Sabre Paris was born in a Parisian apartment in 1993, when Pascale and Francis Gelb sat down to reinvent the cutlery drawer. Francis, trained by a family of goldsmiths, brought craft. Pascale brought colour. Together they built a house around the belief that beautiful objects belong on the table every day, not just for guests.
