When creating our gift guides, we quickly realised there was no one better to curate them than those within our circle, the Friends of Daphne’s. The customers, creatives and business owners who have supported us along the way. A celebration of shared taste, thoughtful gifting, and the wonderful community we feel endlessly grateful to have built.
Our final gift guide for the season has been curated by Amy Pearce. Amy is one of my dearest friends and someone I have known for close to fifteen years. Our friendship began working in retail in Brisbane, before relocating to Sydney together and becoming roommates, at one stage quite literally sharing a bed.
Today, Amy balances a full time marketing role alongside her fashion label, Shop Louee, and next year begins a beautiful journey into motherhood.
Over the past five years, it has been a privilege to witness Amy build Shop Louee into a sustainable, ethical and timeless brand. She has never cut corners or chased trends, instead choosing to build slowly and with intention. Since launching Daphne’s, she has been a constant source of support, understanding all too well the highs and lows of small business. Not a day goes by that I do not reflect on how lucky I am to have Amy in my inner circle.

1. Bistrot Tart Server - Pastel Blue

I think I own every single piece from her last collection and am slowly adding to my second collection. Such classic timeless and high quality pieces, made in Australia from the most luxurious linen.
My most recent purchase was the Linen Relaxed Trouser - the fit is just so flattering (no alterations required!) and I know I will wear these for years to come.
And my Christmas present to myself is going to be the Linen Midi Dress, a relaxed fluid style, perfect for Christmas Day lunch, when we will definitely be avoiding waist bands.
