The Sabre Paris Bistro Cheese Cleaver is a part of the Bistro collection, inspired by the places in life that we love: restaurants, terraces, cafés. When designing this cutlery, Sabre Paris wanted to faithfully capture the atmosphere while adding a modern touch: the styling is simple, the rivets are visible, while the colours and materials stand out nicely.

Its solid, sharp blade makes this Sabre cheese cleaver particularly suitable for cutting hard cheeses.

Care tips: Dishwasher safe, at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. For hand washing, we recommend not using abrasive sponges.

Teak wood is a natural wood that is rot-proof and very resistant. We recommend that you regularly nourish your piece with olive or linseed oil and do not soak your cutlery.
